sticky piston will not work if a honey block is in front of it

because the honey block is trying to move neighboring blocks

worked fine in creative and in survival. I was on a server when I encountered this so it was most likely a plugin affecting it, I'm sorry for this incorrect report. I'll try to do better next time.
