Question about the nether skeletons.（Besides wither ones）

Firstly，as we know,the wither_skeletons are fighting with the piglins and they can pick the sword up;But why there is nobody taking the golden ones be summon?

Then,the nether skeletons should used to be zombie_piglins...I think the bow may be broken from the crossbow that can‘t be used by the dead，but it’s stange that none of them use the golden sword ，however they can pick them up and use them.
