[MC-19018] Run out of memory

The game stops because ive run out of memory. I have done what the help articles on the minecraft support center and created a notepad document to open with the launcher, but yet it doesnt solve the problem.

Resolving all JVM crashes in ig4icd64.dll to MC-14051 (possible solution there)
