Not really sure that this is a "bug", but I didn't know if it had been brought to anyone's attention before, depending on the block you're using, gray is spelled differently.

Problem of 2 different spellings in same language still exists for:
Australian English (Australia) (even if it is just for laughs!)
Canadian English (CA)
English (UK)
The non US translations are already (correctly) done in the Crowdin Minecraft Translation Project but not pulled into the game as of 13 July 2013.
