[MC-190372] Release Candidate version name collides with copyright message on title screen

In the bottom left corner where it says "Minecraft 1.16 Release Candidate 1/snapshot" it collides with where it says "Copyright Mojang AB. Do not distribute!" when window is not in fullscreen.

Can confirm with lower-resolutions like 300x260, also F3 menu left-size collide with right-size

This can happen with any pre-release if you resize the window small enough.

Confirmed in 1.16 by resizing the window.
