Powered = true using Debug Stick doesn't works.

Powered = true using Debug Stick doesn't works at all

I first found this problem with powered rails and then I found that every single thing which can be powered, is not working with a debug stick. The Debug Stick says Powered = True, but the block isn't powered at all.
