Scrolling down in the villager trading interface does not work with discrete scrolling turned on

I turned on discrete scrolling to make the scrolling work a few days ago. Then I went into survival and went to do some trading. Then I noticed that I couldn't scroll down when using the scroll wheel. I remembered my scroll wheel settings and turned off discrete scrolling and scrolling down started working, then stopped when I turned discrete scrolling back on.
