when create world gets stuck forever until i shut down my computer

this has start happening when version 1.14.4 came, and its still happening All it will do is i load up and create a new world and explore the nether in 1.16 then the world loader will stop at 5 or 8 and it just stays there forever until i shut down my computer i had to do it many times, and im tired of this, and i try to exit minecraft when it happens and the game does not shutdown. Mojang could you fix this pls. and i will show your a picture of it.
