Poor Particles

when its raining and rain hits the ground i dont see a lot of particles even when i saw rain hit the ground, and when a mob dies, there or no particles when they die sometimes i have fabulous graphics setting on my minecraft, secondly, but the only good thing is slimes or fine, and when i mine a block on survival sometimes the broken block particle dont show, the lava particles are fine but others or not fine mojang can you fix this.
