saplings issue

spruce sapling don't seem to grow with bone meal anymore and in the configuration of the sreenshot, I don't know if it is bug or a change in saplings but i puting that here to be sure

From the wiki:

1×1 spruce trees require a 5×5 column of unobstructed space at least 7 blocks above the sapling to grow (8 blocks including the sapling itself).

Make sure those conditions are fulfilled.
