pillager outpost lags server and makes few program and drivers not working propaply

What happens its when close to the pillager outpost with shaders the game starts lagging and there is clicks on my headphones (they are from razer and they are usb) they use a 7.1 surround software by razer and i notice both mause and keybord make the windows usb device disconected sound and it actually disables both mouse and keybord for few seconds so that mean i can use mouse or at least alt+f4 and close mc forcing me to try disable the shaders but even without shaders it happens like from arround 125fps to 80-75 fps in some cases it crahses my minecraft and in some cases almost go to blue screen ( i will tell if it blue screens)

and one time i found my pc restarted and i could tell because one program that i have open was not open anymore 

i kind of see this as a big problem for security reasons i will pass to the secondary disk ( one hdd that have some damaged sectors wich forced me to get a ssd for the system (main disk))

and i hope this gets fixed

edit: this only happens to my computer my friends one

 only expirience the server lag and the server having packet loss 

edit 2 : this only happens on the server getting a copy and using it only lagged a bit and this problem happens even without the bad omen effect and during invasion it doesnt lag at all i mean... it lags because it as to render the pillagers
