Invisible World

I just defeated the ender dragon on my hardcore mine craft world, and then went to explore the end islands. When I went back through the end portal to go home, I spawned in. I am unable to move, and i cant see or place any blocks, or hit anything. But I can (look around) and see mobs (bats and squid, etc) repeating a basic movement cycle. There is still a day cycle as well.
