This is intended behavior, as the actual XYZ coordinates start in the corner of the block, no t the center. The block position is the block in the northwest position from the corner.

This is not an issue with Minecraft as this is not made by Mojang, so please contact the developers of Discord to get help.

This is an intended feature that is used commonly in redstone.

Report invalid, using a modified client.

This isn't really a bug, it's more of a lag issue. Repeating command blocks like that can cause lots of server and client side lag. I would recommend reverting to a backup taken before you turned on the command block. Also if the server crashed it probably means its not running, so check the server console or the provider's website. (Can't say much for realms)

Invalid, this is a MCPE issue and not a Java Edition issue, also this should be reported to support not the bug tracker.

INVALID, Optifine is a modification to the game and you should report this issue to the Optifine developers and not Mojang.

There is no friends list in Minecraft Java Edition.

The screenshots you provided are an example of quasi connectivity (a feature), and redstone contraptions tend to break after new versions come out.

add screenshots, the crash log and more information

GUI scale is probably messed up.

first, of all optifine is modded and not supported

second, 1.8 is no longer supported

I don't get it, what "Monkey"!

We need a video and or pictures showing us the bug and how to reproduce it.

This is not a bug in the game. It is an issue with minecraft.net. If you want help, contact Mojang Support.

Usualy this means you need to restart Minecraft and the Minecraft Launcher.

Did you try restarting the launcher?

Does re-logging or reloading chunks (F3+A) fix it?

Can you please give more details and some images of the file or it in file explorer?
