[MC-196368] I buyed minecraft windows 10 edition and i cant use it

Hello I am Brazilian and I came to talk about an error that is happening when I install the minecraft that I bought the version is Windows 10 edition, well when I try to install the product I bought it tells me to put it in the latest version of windows more my windows is in the latest version i just wanted help, bought with microsoft

Invalid, this is a MCPE issue and not a Java Edition issue, also this should be reported to support not the bug tracker.
