If you have a tower of scaffolding blocks, you can sometimes hold sneak to fly downwards through them in creative, however, you will have to re-press shift right before hitting the top of the next block in order to go through it, you can't just hold shift to fly down, nor is it guaranteed to make you land, it all depends on the height you start descending from
