Whenever I leave the end, it will spawn me back to world spawn and it said my bed was destroyed even if I made sure to set spawn point in my base

Make sure you don't break the bed after using it to set the spawn point. If you do, put the bed back in exactly the same spot. If the bed isn't there when you respawn, you will return to the world spawn.
Make sure your bed is easily accessible. Remove things like half slabs from around it. Make sure there is room above the bed and the surrounding spaces

However, this issue has been closed as Invalid.
The bed needs to have a valid block to spawn you on around it - very often, none are provided for very elaborately decorated beds which invalidates it as a spawn point. In the future, make sure that there is a valid block you can spawn on.

The bug should be Invalid since it only happens if the player does not have a set spawn point or that spawn point is obstructed.
