[MC-191041] incorrect grass block color

I found this weird bug in minecraft that makes the grass here look white. This is no resource pack, maybe there´s an error with biome blend

Ok, where i really saw this glitch for the first time was in 1.15.2, when i used resource packs, the grass sometimes appeared white which was weird, and this glitch still happens in 1.16 release candidate 1, in this screenshot i wasn´t using any resource packs.
