[MC-191068] Cannot reset difficulty on Minecraft Realms

After most recent update, all Operators on Minecraft Realm cannot change the difficulty from the setting on the previous version. Operators can go to 'Configure Realm' and select another difficulty; however it does not change the difficulty setting when entering the realm.

Hi there!

This is a realms issue, I believe; it is an issue specifically for Minecraft Realms. Categorize it under the Minecraft Realms category if this is the case.

I don't personally use Realms, but give the /difficulty command a try; that might work?

You cannot change the difficulty in this menu, you either have to do it directly in the Realm settings, or by using /difficulty.
