[MC-191080] mining down from on top of a stack pushes you off the stack

I have a large stack of ore that I am fortuning by standing on top of it and breaking it straight down. As I go down, I'm being pushed off the stack.

This is a very annoying thing that was added in 1.14 to get people to use the new scaffolding block. Unfortunatly, it is not a bug.

Your game is lagging due to the fact you have your render distance set to 32. Lower it, and you will no longer encounter the issue.
