When you look at a nether portal block the outline is invisible, you cant see the nether portal itself on the outline, you just see thru it completely without even the black outline.
steps to reproduce:
1) make a working nether portal
2) look at the outline of the nether portal block
what should happen is that you see a black outline instead of an invisible one.
