[MC-19128] Creeper floats above the ground

The creeper seems to be floating above the ground even though the game thinks that the creeper is grounded.

I have used the search function but I just didn't look hard enough. After I used the search function, I found a duplicate of the bug that I just posted. What irks me is that the original post of the bug does not list the affected versions of the duplicate posts. Thank you for your understanding.
