[MC-191606] Piglins and vindicators second hand moves backwards while attacking

The bug

When piglin or a vindicator attacks, their other hand moves backwards. It affects both left and right-handed mobs.

This bug affects both the right-handed and left-handed piglin.
For the vindicator however, I can't reproduce on the right-handed one but it affects the left-handed one.
