Your environment says you are using Apple iOS. Are you on an iPhone, or a Mac?

You environment says Apple iOS, however, the Java Edition is not supported for iOS, only on Windows, Linux and macOS.

Make sure you are not using a reduced debug screen- this toggle can be found in the options menu.
