Raid that never ends due to proximity of outpost to village

We only discovered this issue by accident, but if the terrain generation puts a village and a pillager outpost close together (like it did with the second nearest village on the multiplayer server I play with my friends), there's a chance you won't be able to complete the raid waves.

My friend entered the village (naturally generated, not player-built) with bad omen and we tried to complete the raid, however new pillagers spawn in around the outpost faster than we can kill them all, meaning we're perpetually stuck on the first wave.

Please provide the seed and the coordinates of this village/raid outpost combination.

One of my friends said the problem is we generated this world during the snapshots for Village & Pillage, apparently outposts can't generate so close to villages anymore?

If you'd still like the seed/coords let me know and I'll get it tonight - the chunks were generated in snapshot 18w?? - not sure on which number.

This will occur on world generated in certain snapshots, the only way to fix it is to manually remove either the village or the pillager outpost.
