When I harvest any crop on dirt, crops around crop get destroyed without clicking on them. When placing seeds or carrots other plants get destroyed and you cannot plant anything in the blocks where the crops got destroyed in. This a almost game breaking bug it limits our food options. Game was running 1.16 had issue, restarted server and updated to 1.16.1. This all occurs even after digging up dirt, and replacing it and re tilling it. Also changed resource packs.
bug still occurred after all of that.
Also I could not select a version of minecraft from the drop down list for some reason. so I selected a random one.

There is plenty of light. the issue is not the light. I literally cannot plant anything. this is a bug. my friend is having the same problem. he has different specs and no mods. same as me.
We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
