when I try to launch MC 1.16.1 (I have a very bad PC) it will fail to load up 1.16.1

What exactly happens when you try to start the game?
I have the same error, the load screen appears with the mojang logo and it just freezes at 80/90% of charge. Then I get allways the same error code
I'll add a txt file with the logs of the launcher
.
Note: I've never been able to enter the 1.16 or 1.16.1 but 1.15 run normally on my pc

Procesator: Intel Core i3- 4005U(1.7 GHz, 3MB L3 cache)
Graphic card: Intel HD Graphics 4400
Ram: 4Gb
OS: Windows 10
