the rendering of water from too far and incorrect

the view of the rendering over the world is incorrect when the player sees the water.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

➕ create a super-flat world made of water

➕ go over the world and look down

➕ set the render distance to maximum

Observed results:

the rendering of the water is distorted.
especially the texture

Expected results:

it shouldn't happen

confirmed in other versions:

1.15.x

At that height, you won't be able to see water anymore because it is no longer within render distance - that is intended, the render distance is not just horizontal, but vertical as well.
