[MC-191994] Pigstep Drops With Skeleton Killing Creeper

My friend and I were on a server (No mods) and a creeper was killed in the overworld by a skeleton and it dropped Pigstep. In the Wiki it says its not possible so it is a glitch.

Hi there!

I just took a look into the game's code and confirmed that this is not possible... are you sure it was pigstep, and if it was pigstep, are you sure you didn't already have it in your inventory and confused the disc for the one that the creeper dropped?

I'm attaching two of the JSON files from the game's code with the loot tables of creeper drops.

Hi there! My friend just told me he had a data pack for the server (unrelated to the disc) but I think that was the problem. I apologize for wasting your time. Probably should look into it more.
