[MC-192041] End Gates are not generating after The Ender Dragon was defeated!

After you kill The Ender Dragon the End Gates are not generating, eaven if you defeat him multiple times!

Please fix!

Yes, I opened the world in snapshots, but the End Dimension just in 1.16.0 and 1.16.1

Please read the moderator note on MC-184482, there are also some instructions on how to manually resolve the issue in a comment. In the future, please be more vigilant when using snapshots, as issues like this can always arise.
