i loaded up my witch farm and all other mob types were spawning within the bounding blocks in which only witches were spawning before. In fact I got no witch spawns in about 20 minutes.
This seems to be an error in the mob spawning that needs to be fixed.

Played and created it during the snapshots and it worked in every single one and now it has stopped.

To be honest it probably is that issue as I haven’t used it for a while so may have only just noticed it

Please read the moderator note on MC-186096, and in the future, please be more vigilant when using snapshots as they are early development builds and can break things.
Have you loaded your world in any snapshots?
