[MC-192157] horse dies after breifly suffocating in a lilly pad, still takes damage out of the block

a horse breifly suffocated in a lilly pad, and continuously took damage, eventually dying, after it was out of the lilly pad.

I am unable to reproduce, please show the spot the horse died while you have your F3 debug screen enabled.

If the horse gets stuck below the lily pads in a specific way, especially if you are riding it and don't move it away. I am unable to reproduce them getting suffocation (not drowning) damage from a lily pad.

it was on a lead, and we moved it away
