[MC-19219] Wither doesn't spawn in 1.6 pre-release

If i try to spawn the wither (in the correct way) it does nothing. I tried it in creative and survival but it stays soul sand and wither skulls.

Wither does spawn.
I'm pretty sure you are playing on peaceful.

Wither spawns in easy through to hard, it does not spawn in peaceful, instead, it just leaves the blocks there.

It used to delete the blocks(spawn the wither then delete it) if you made the spawn structure in peaceful, but now, instead, it simply does not spawn
