Achievement doesn't work "Hit the bullseye of a target block from at least 30 metters away"

I made a little redstone circuit to prove if i was hitting the bullseye, and i hit it from 31 block away.

I migrated my world from 1.15.2, I don't know if it's one of the reasons why it doesn't work
