I went to update my maps on map wall and when I notice the bug. So I created a new empty map thinking that a new map wouldn't show the same visual bug but it did. The bug effects worlds created before the 1.16.1 update.

However, we are already tracking this issue, and this report is a Duplicate of MC-179858, which has been marked as Fixed, please follow the instructions in the moderator note on that report, and in the future, please be more vigilant when using snapshots.
Please use the search function in the future to prevent duplicate reports, this bug in particular has now been reported 171 times.
