Hand animations cannot play for both hands simultaneously

The Bug:

Hand animations cannot play for both hands simultaneously.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain any block and place it in your offhand.

2. Break any block around you and immediately place down the block in your offhand as soon as you do this.

3. Take note as to whether or not hand animations can play for both hands simultaneously.

Observed Behavior:

Hand animations cannot play for both hands simultaneously.

Expected Behavior:

Hand animations would be able to be played for both hands simultaneously.
