internal exception java.io.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

So I've been having an issue where if I connect to any realms or in some cases small friend servers. I get kicked after a few seconds with the error "internal exception java.ioexcpetion an exisiting connection was forcibly closed by a remote host". I've tried running minecraft as an admin, allowing minecraft and java past the windows firewall, reinstalling and updating minecraft, connecting to other internet connections to see if it was an issue with my own and more. I've looked up every single tutorial video and every single java support post and can't find any solutions for my problem. Please help
