Until 1.15 the Minecraft was going very well, always with stable and high FPS (I have an i7 and a GTX 1660 Ti), but from 1.15 and now with 1.16.1 the average is 50-40 fps with jerks. It works worse than other games with much higher graphics.
I have managed to get more FPS by removing this "-XX: + UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX: + UseG1GC -XX: G1NewSizePercent = 20 -XX: G1ReservePercent = 20 -XX: MaxGCPauseMillis = 50 -XX: G1HeapRegionSize = 32M" and leaving only "-Xmx5G". Still, every now and then it hits for a few seconds' pull. I do not understand that with each new version performance worsens. Obviously I have tried putting more ram, reinstalling the launcher and .minecraft, with another version of java and even reinstalling Windows 10. But nothing.
