After updating from 1.15.2 to 1.16 I have found several villages with broken generation i assume this is because jigsaw blocks are setting air under structures. Also in 2020-06-29_18.37.14.png there was a hole generated in the bottom of the house with that small garden under (I don't actually know if thats unintentional but it seemed broken to me as other houses dont have the hole but some do) and in 2020-06-29_18.31.18.png there is path inside of the house to the left.
There is a chance these were actually generated in 1.15.2 and its fixed but I only saw it after 1.16. if it is fixed please just close this thread.
