Bees going inside blocks and stuff and get stuck and suffocate

hello i just saw that some of my bees when they get out from the hive the go up and down around a flower and the somehow phase underground slowly when they go up and down and get suffocated and cant get out i had to dig them out myself before they die and i saw another bee nearby my chest that just phased through the tree the chest and the anvil and floor it really is concerning i tried it in my server and same thing happened
