[MC-192797] Item frames with an NBT that is to make it invisible aren't invisible

What I expected to happen was:

It would be invisible like other 1.16 snapshots/ pre-releases

What actually happened was...:
It was not invisible

1.Give yourself an item frame with the NTB
2.Place it

I can't reproduce this. It is likely that the command you used was incorrect. As @FVbico said, we can't see what the problem is without knowing what commands you used.
