[MC-192913] Silverfish have unused walking sounds

This is likely a feature request. Silverfish have unused walking sounds.

To verify, use this command:

/playsound minecraft:entity.silverfish.step master <playername> ~ ~ ~ 100000000000000 1

Lazy, not recommended fix: Remove these sounds.

Preferred fix: Add these sounds for them.
