DoMobLoot is set to true. No data packs seem to be affecting Zombie Piglins yet they are only dropping Gold Swords and not Gold Nuggets. Are there any command tweaks that might assist? This is a single player survival world in Hard Mode. Have killed with Sword and also fall damage.

Considering you do have the Vanilla Tweaks, I assume you may also have the datapacks, so please have a look again and disable all datapacks, then see if the issue still occurs.
