[MC-193180] End Gateways Not Spawning

So I had seen that this bug had previously been resolved but I have encountered it post-resolution

I had defeated the Ender Dragon for my Youtube Series and had now beaten it again yet no End Gateways have appeared, I took my spectator account on and flew out a bit and even checked under the End Island to no avail!

So, for now, I am bridging out to the Out Ends.

Yes sorry I just found that post my apologies, Do you know what I need to change in lvl.dat to spawn end gateways?

It is mentioned in the comments on MC-184482, however, it is not supported and can cause damage to your world if done incorrectly.

The recommended way is to use a backup from 20w20a or earlier.
