launch issues

This is an issue with the launcher, not the Java Edition of the game

so what do i do or can't i do anything?

Include screenshots of the entire launcher window when this happens

Please attach the launcher log found at minecraft/launcher_log.txt

Also, please report this over at https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MCL/summary and I can help you over there. That is the correct project for launcher issues. Please attach the same files/images there.
