Age 1 and age 2 for nether wart are visually the same, but have different hitboxes

If a player uses a debug stick or the F3 screen to show the age of Nether Warts, ages 1 and 2 are visually the same. The hitbox is slightly bigger for age 2 and that is the only difference.
