Dispensers cannot add another sea pickle/turtle egg to an existing pickle/egg

Its not placing a block, its adding one to a group of those blocks, which you can do by right clicking on an already present sea pickle.

The sea pickle was placed by the player, the dispenser adds more to the group

What about adding another snow layer to existing snow layers and turning slabs into a double slab? Please add that to the report.

Why? I thought dispenser functionality tickets stay open until mojang says it is a feature request. Or will mods now also close them?

I have only seen people like Chandler claiming that they are valid.

However, on the other hand, mods (e.g. above) and Mojang (https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-193795?focusedCommentId=763922&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-763922) have confirmed that they are feature requests.

Besides, use common sense. They are requesting/suggesting extra functionality to be added to dispensers. Looks like a duck to me.

Mish, the mods and Mojang were discussing whether or not they were feature requests when I created these reports. Since then, they have come to the conclusion that they are feature requests. I was claiming they were valid because they were, before it was decided.

But is there any source saying that Dispenser Functionality bugs are an exception to the general definition of a 'Feature Request' in the first place?

They are now considered feature requests. I had talked to the Mods and they had said they were an exception until it was decided they weren't
