While typing in crafting book and typing E it closes the inventory/crafting table.
For example if i want to type "stonecutter"
after i type the e it closes the inventory / crafting table

This looks like a duplicate of MC-193125. Fortunately, this is going to be fixed in future version 1.16.2 (and is fixed for the next snapshot).
