[MC-193958] Villagers Changing Proffesions past worktime

I've encountered a bug where you can keep on changing a villager's profession after work-time by breaking and replacing the workstations, I've pretty much been changing it for an entire minecraft day now.

This issue is invalid. You are using forge which makes your game modified and this issue invalid

I am indeed using forge but the server this occurred on isn't modded in any way and the mods I'm using didn't affect this in previous version (used mods are optifine and a shulker tooltip mod which I've used in 1.15.2 as well without this bug occurring

Well, if you can reproduce this with no mods at all (not using forge either) then this can stay open. Otherwise, this is invalid

Yes, the server is heavily modded, it uses CraftBukkit.
