While playing I found that turtle skins are bugged. Seems to possibly be the texture of a painting. Didn't happen every time I entered the world, but after a couple relogs of the world and restarts of Minecraft itself, I was able to have it happen again. The two pictures attached are from my first time seeing the bug (The one where my HUD is visible) and the other is after restarting Minecraft a couple of times to see if I could recreate the glitch.

Duplicate of MC-190067. You can help that ticket out though by submitting a snapshot with the debug screen on (F3) and you can give the ticket a vote
