I just bought Minecraft java version and i can see the transaction from my bank account but i havent received the game and it still wants me to buy it.

This doesn't affect the actual game. You try downloading the game from the link Mark Derickson gave you.
the problem isnt that i cant download the game, the problem is that i bought it and i dont have it under my profile. i can download the game but when it opens it says i have to pay again? i can play demo but thats it..
